2nd time trying to log this. Didn't want to log it 1st time but gotta be accountable. Clean eating, no processed wen we go home on Sunday. It's what works for me

Erq, I never thought of that but I'm not sure. I haven't been very diligent lately on working out or diet. Being out of town for a month makes it hard and I'm always so fricken n tired all the time. That I know is heart related. Hopefully I will get some answers after new tests and revisit to new cardiologist.💜💜💜💜💜
