so after a nice long weekend away with waaaaay too much good food, wine and Beer the scale was not my friend this morning.

noone to blame but myself so will work hard to get back on track this week. i hate to think if we hadnt done so much walking and climbing what the weight would have read this morning.

Will do better in future
