so the scale and i became friends again this morning :0) the extra few kilos from an enjoyable holiday weekend have started to come off and i'm back to original goal weight.

i'm going to keep on trying to get to the new goal weight of 70 kg and see how easy it is to maintain there fingers crossed it goes well
