It’s the compound effect of the little habits - the extra snack and rewarding myself with food because I went for a walk ; it’s also la red de contingencia: all the conditions are perfectly set for me to snack: I bought cookies, I bought ice cream, I spend my morning inside the house and around the kitchen - need to start to focus on one single good habit and just keep up with that as well as prepare the conditions to make the new habit easy .. una cosa a la vez .. concentración! 😤
53,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 0,5 kg a Settimana
