day 6 of neck pain; im never doing yoga again.
i fought against the temptation of emotional eating really well; then my toddler emptied a bottle of sun tan lotion all over the carpet while i was icing neck. As im cleaning up the puddle, hes emptying all the cabinets in the bathroom... After i cleaned up both disasters and steam cleaned my living room, i had a brownie and a serving of ice cream.
