Awww you guys are fantastic! Thank you everyone for the support! Hoping to keep losing. Of course my deficit is less with the same exercise now that I weigh less. Will see how long I can keep losing before needing to up the exercise. Hope you've had a great week FS friends. Weekend is almost here! :)
