Sun, jan 1- 190 so i gained 1.4 lbs. Good thing-exercised for 5 out these 7 days. I plan to at least Stretch today/do my physical therapy. During Christmas, calories were ranging 2000-2200. Today, my goal is 1750 or below. Yesterday i ended day with 1819. It feels good to have emotional eating under control. 1800 calories a few months ago seemed IMPOSSIBLE to maintain, now it feels like too much food.
