Diario di Windy Day, 12 gen 23

Weight has not budged one way or the other in a week. Remaining around 1100-1200 cals daily. Low carb. It's like Ive hit a plateau after less than 10 lbs lost. Ugh. But have allowed myself some extra carbs by making brownies with sweet potatoes, maple syrup and peanut butter. Best thing Ive tasted in 6 weeks, lol. But not worth it if the least bit of something good flatlines all my efforts. Back to cutting out all simple carbs, walking more, and whatever else I can think of.

Maybe intermittent fasting wld help. Cant really lower cals any further. But a day of fasting once a week might budge this fat. Open to multi-pronged approach.

Don't get discouraged about the scale. Just keep your goal in mind and do what's best for you. Before you know it you will see a drop on the scale again. Onward and downward we go.

Youre such an encouragement. I tend to want to see results yesterday. Im working on patience. Youre right, onward and downward... one step at a time.
