ok so the increase in weight is not suprising had a great birthday weekend with lots of good food and plenty of good wine :0) hopefully this will start to come off by the end of the week.....
I got a new fitbit for my Bday and i must say i LOVE IT!!! i am obssessed with checking in daily to see my sleep patterns and making sure i hit my steps and how may active minutes i thinks it addicitive
My original goal weight was 75kg so these last 5kg are somewhat of an additional wish i would really like to get there however as i am boucing around this i'm begining to wonder if maintenence will be possible at 5kg lighter? maybe i'm just being lazy its that time of year when i just want to hibernate in my bubble and not do anything come on woman be strong!!
