Gained 1/2 lb. Yay.

So, now Im lost as to approach, do I fast or up daily caloric intake w good carbs and proteins?

Ive been really good about no starch or sweets, and keeping under 1200 cals.

Not letting this stubborn plateau get the best of me though. Im determined to drop this weight!!!
