Diario di Nikina70, 05 dic 14

No point in tracking because I'm eating anything and everything these days, but still trying to keep portion sizes reasonable and limit snacking although it's really hard sometimes. Have done 3 hour-long workouts this week so will try to keep that going for the next 4 weeks. Expecting a 2kg increase the same as last December so I'm just trying to do some damage control.
69 kg Perso fino ad ora: 0 kg.    Rimanenti: 4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,3 kg a Settimana
