They say slow and steady wins the race, well time will tell.

My pattern seems to be: drop a couple pounds, gain 1 back/lose it again then on hold for a week or two before another pound or two drops off. So yo-yo!

Why does a homegrown tomato sandwich with mayo sound so good right now? :)
