New high score! (just kidding) but highest weight of 2023: 193lbs recording at 7am today. Like I mentioned, i used up what was left of desserts. The family and i indulged over the past 2 weeks; one of those weeks we (husband and i) were sick with some kinda flu! I know there are different ways to go about cabinet purging (like the trash can) but when you spend cash on food, its hard to do that... The kids played a roll in the cooking too so it was a fun experience. Anyhow, tomorrow is an extra school day, and weight lifting after. Havent been able to do that in nearly 2 weeks so i look forward to it.
