stress level- 6/10 not too surprising. had MASSIVE migraine yesterday. had to do grocery shopping with it. afterwards got foodand came home. finally migraine disappeared and had a long conversation with my dad. today was a trauma-versary so i stayed home from work with my hubby, we did yard work, bought flowers for garden and had a lower body workout. feeling much better then this morning.
