Well I've had a couple high calorie (for me: 1000-1200) days, aiming today for low fat/cal day. Seems like that is my limit before I stagnate/gain. I'll have my usual yogurt breakfast, a super light *lunch* and a lean supper. Thinking french green bean *spaghetti* with diced tomatoes/sprinkle of parmesan, black beans and rice.

I am more stubborn than my fat.
