Taking assessment, my weight loss has reliably progressed at 3 lbs per month since last November. That's slow, but it's steady. At this rate I should be able to reach my initial 30 lb goal by the end of August, and my ultimate goal to lose a final 20 lbs by February 2024 if I maintain the pace. That seems like a long time away, but the way time flies it will be here before I know it. Long term goals, one day at a time.
