I have to transition from the this is a diet mindset to this is my new lifestyle mindset. The diet mindset is an emotional rollercoaster, whereas the lifestyle mindset is just that - no immediate expectations to dash hopes. I am toying with weekly weigh-ins rather than daily. Too much pressure on the daily. But Im afraid if I dont face the scale daily I'll backslide, lol. Maybe I better stick with it and get mad not sad, haha. Have a great one, peeps. Stick with it!!
