re weigh in because I previously weighed in around 1:30am and I usually weigh in around 4am or so. so with that couple extra hours of fasting I'm now a pound lighter than I was . going to do my chair exercises and try to walk and stand up for a bit this morning.

I use DDP Yoga's DVD workout right now I'm on Chair to Floor. It's begginer version is from Bed to chair. It has modifications for all types of disabilities.
