Introduced a little more food yesterday and no gain back yet. Fingers crossed I wont. Just going to keep it very light. Another scorcher forecast for today again. Feels-like temp was 105 yesterday. Dreadful to venture outside. Ready for fall!!

Weight is up today with only 1250 calories. Darn scale.

Ive had a gain as well. Probably water gain. It will come right off again. I try not to let those bother me anymore. Keep at it.
