couldn't do my 1mile walk yesterday due to knee hurting so bad but will try to do it again today. wanna do it at least 4x a week or more.

Thank you Debra I am so happy to be loosing more because there for about 2weeks I stayed the same weight and went up and down for the same 1-2 pounds but Happy to see it going down.
