Didn't make my fiber minimum yesterday, I will today. Looking for creative ways to get my protein up while keeping fat low (due to pancreas sensitivity lately). Plan on turkey breast, salad, rice and beans tonight. Black coffee, herbal tea w stevia, and plenty of water. Going into the weekend motivated to not *blow it*. lol

It's FriYay! Hope everyone has a great day and even better weekend. Let's keep those goals in mind and start next week off feeling good. :)
