calories yesterday were 1750 did my chair exercises and resistance bands for the arms. Woke up sick with a earache yesterday. Today is still a little bit sore but not as bad as yesterday. uugh I hate being sick. Had a ceaser salad early this morning no bread crumbs and most of what I ate was lettuce and grilled chicken chunks. I've had it in my fridge for a week now and just got around to eating it. I usually make my own salad at home. Fasted for 14hr been trying to do between 12-14hr fasts daily. getting ready to do the exercises after I drink my water.. Been drinking about a half gallon of water a day.

I'm trying to but for some reason I already had my menstrual cycle which is normal 7days but it only lasted 2days and very light I wish it would just stop all together but last couple days I feel like I'm trying to start again and especially when I am having the chocolate and snacks cravings bad usually only happens right before I start. Uugh. But I'm going to try to not give in to it. Thank you Debra so much!!!
