Yeah. I always stall and go up a few pounds before a good drop. I still get worried that I'm not losing, but I always seem to meet my goal. I'll take it! I'll post my food photos later.

@zenus thanks. I downloaded that app HEAVY. OMG it's awesome. Thanks for recommending it! I'm going to the orthopedic doc to address some old injuries And get an order for physical therapy. Rule number one. Don't re-injure yourself 🤣 I use to be a big weight lifter and skier. My knee has been swelling lately so I'm doing something wrong.
