Got my exercises done yesterday and some walking around need to get back to getting the 1mile walk at home done but knee is still giving out on me so I just walk around and then take a break but been trying to move around more at home. I have not seen any post from Debrafrederick in the last couple days has anyone else seen her post ? she may be on vacay or something and I just missed it.

I have trouble with both knees, especially when I walk. I wear a soft brace and it does help.

I'm still alive, suffering from Covid brain over the virus, just not the effects. Today is the first day I have felt somewhat human, so exhausted still though. No smell, no taste is still messing with me, can't stand to eat. Not posting because I don't have much good to say 😢
