ACV can remove plaque and stains from teeth but can also damage enamel, leading to tooth sensitivity and loss. Proper use of ACV involves diluting it in water, using a straw, rinsing mouth after consumption, and avoiding immediate tooth brushing. I looked into the health benefits once but decided it wasn't worth my dental health. 😁

I sometimes take a tablespoon full before bed and chase it with water. Helps to stabilize the blood sugar especially if you have dawn effect.

I tried the straight shot of ac vinegar and couldn’t do it. Also not mixed with juice. But I do take 2 ac gummies each day (Nature’s Bounty). I like the taste of the gunnies. I have high blood pressure and it is supposed to help with that.

I honestly belive that it helped my husband lose almost 50 pounds. He takes a swig (good sized mouthful) before we go to bed..followed by a where chaser. It is the thinnest I have ever seen him. I tried and it didn't agree with me. I did order ACV pills about three weeks ago. Not sure yet if they're helping. Nice weight drop 🙂❤️

Cjgriffith1– fyi, vinegar gummies are worthless. The BRAGG brand makes capsules that you might be interested in trying. .

There are a lot of foods that have a positive effect on blood pressure like beets, nopales, hibiscus. Food as medicine is real. Do a bit of research on blood pressure and the foods we eat.

I'm trying ACV gummies at bedtime. I am dropping weight after my long plateau, but it might be because I am sticking closely to Ketocycle eating while encouraging my hubby to eat keto and bring down his sugar numbers. I also am taking pre- and pro biotics, Whatever, something is working.

I began my last journey with the apple cider vinegar. It helped a lot. I did well but slipped off. Now I am back. Will try again.

Researching how to add more whole grains to my diet, I learned that a tablespoon of ACV can help in making some grains more digestible by soaking (before cooking). I tried it with quinoa and had a good result.

A doctor told me to consider using it to mitigate my GURD. I had taken some prescription medications for years, and they did not do anything but cover up the issue. I took the apple cider vinegar with the mother for several weeks many years ago, and it worked. Have not had any reflux or acid indigestion in years.

Bionci- how did you take it?

tjvoigts, I took the apple cider vinegar with the mother diluted with water. I don't remember the amount since it was several years ago. You can probably Google it and get a similar amount. My wife, an RN, told me about it and provided me with the amount to take for several weeks. I can check with her and see if she remembers.
