uugh not enough sleep and heavy carbs especially when I had spaghetti and garlic bread and I ate very few spaghetti noodles and then I got hungry again and have to eat peanut butter sandwich and pickle.. I'm so ready to start this week and be done with last week I ate crappy last week..
