Sunday morning I got better sleep last night and weighed in a bit early still at 319.4 which is better than a gain. hopefully I can get the little bit of water back off there. Monday is the funeral and I am going to be making my food for my step daughter ex boyfriend for his family. I think if I had waited another hour or two and weighed in I would have been down some instead of the same but I had dry mouth and needed water so I went ahead and weighed in. Thank you so much Debra I appreciate your help and support.. uugh today is grocery shopping day and I just don't want to go I made the list of things we need for a month since we usually only shop once and then go back and get anything else we need after a couple weeks. But I think I will let my husband go do it he usually does it every month anyway because I can't walk through the store very well. I'm just being lazy this morning and not motivated to get up and go LoL... Especially since he is going to Walmart bec of the drive it will take to get to Aldi he just wants to go to Walmart.. have a great day...
