My elbows are killing me just now, Yfritz. I am using freeze spray with ibuprofen and hoping it is a self limiting injury. Someone has recommended CBD oil but I am not sure about that, it seems to be a craze at the moment, cure for everything 🤔

Anne please take care of your elbows🦾 I’m not compelled to try CBD either. I have a pretty decent BS sensor. I always knew Bill Cosby was gross even when everyone loved him🙄
