i stoped taking my meds 4 days ago. I havent been sleeping well at all. I've been napping everyday since-yesterdays nap was epic: 3.75 hrs. That is the full amount of sleep I'd get a night... 2 days in a row I slept 7 full hours. A medication vacation is in order..
