uugh not enough sleep and too much sodium yesterday I still feel bloated and it's getting closer to the start of my monthly cycle so probably why I feel like I am so bloated along with everything else...

Yes me too I ate salty popcorn too late yesterday and that's probably why I had high sodium levels.. I know it's close to starting as I've started spotting last night uugh I hate my cycle it's so heavy period and drains my energy..

It is really difficult sometimes. My husband loves these grassfed burgers from Costco..but everytime I have one it always pushes me a little over my calorie count. The burger aline is over 350 calories, it is 80% lean. So if you add a roll and anything else it adds up so quickly. Sodium is a big issue for me too. I had a corned beef sandwich for lunch today...only one slice of bread..but pretty sure the salt content is high!

It's easy to skip the bun, and just have the meat with some lettuce, tomato and condiments. Better for you! Think of the good you'll do yourself to just make that a permanant habit.
