I broke the curse!! Started using the treadmill again, even started increasing my walking speed! When I first got the treadmill March 2023, at the max I can only walk 1.9 mph. it's been 7months, and now my Max walking speed is 3 mph!! I start to kinda jog/really fast walk anything higher. Run at 4mph, got up to 4.2 for 3 mins and then went back down. each minute passes, I go down .1 until Im back to 2.5

Excellent! Anytime you feel tempted to eat pancakes, pizza or dessert, jump on that treadmill and blast calories instead of ingesting them 🏃🏻‍♀️. I take myself for a quick, 20 minute walk whenever I feel a craving, and it has helped tremendously in getting me away from the kitchen.

Dazey, I too have been using treadmill. I start at about 3, walk for a bit and then jog at about 5.4 for 1 min, walk at about 3.8 for 2 min, run, walk etc. I find this more doable than just walking or trying to run for a long period of time. You are doing great. Look how much you have improved! Keep doing it and post again in like 3 months on your progress. Great job!!!👍👍🩷🩷🩷
