up again dang it I just don't know why it keeps going up I was 314.2 the lowest last week and now I'm up almost 2lbs it's time to get it back off there...

It's crazy how much extra water I been drinking and just like this morning I only drank a few drinks of water after weigh in and I gained a lb after that so I know alot of it is water weight gain and I hope it comes back down soon.

Don't worry! It is normal to fluctuate! My weight goes up and down within 5 pounds. I would look at the overall trends and let those little blips roll right off your shoulders.
