uugh this time change has me messed up only slept 4hrs and woke up and I was doing good yesterday eating in my calorie range and then we had to go and take a 3.5 hr road trip and I got hungry and ate 2 peanut butter cookies which I never eat Don't know why I did then maybe cause I bought them for the hubby and was only going to eat one but I won't make that mistake again. although I know that this gain is most likely not enough sleep and just water weight it should go back down in a day or two. Getting back on track today and will see if I can get it back off there 👍.. Have a great Sunday!!!.
