3 days now of being bloated and scale reading up 3lb from the other day and it's mostly water weight Wednesday morning I drank so much water and I weighed myself after I left the Dr office because that morning it was 306.2 at home scale and I weighed again and it was 309.6 been up 3lb since then and eating lower carbs and calories the last couple days hasn't dropped the weight...Oh alot of it my Dr says is I have not had a bowel movement since Sunday so that's 6days now I drank gallon of water yesterday and going to continue it,until I find my sweet spot of how much water I need I've been drinking about half gallon for months now and it is usually good for me..Dr told me to take the linzess pill I have I took it this morning usually it only takes about a hour to work but there's been times it's took a day to work and then I can have a bowel movement so hopefully that happens by tomm and I will weigh in and see if it's down..Have a great Saturday everyone..

Ask your dr about getting probiotics. Also eat a lot of fermented foods,for pre biotics

Thanks ladies my problem is from the mess I am taking they cause constipation bad and then I have been on ozempic for pre diabetes for about year and half and it causes constipation and diarrhea both..

Doctors drive me NUTS. My one doc years ago told me about magnesium. You need magnesium. Take it every night. It will help you sleep and keep you regular on OZ. EVEN WHEN you don't take OZ. magnesium is a fantastic suplament! Start with 500mg. You can go up to 1000. Don't kill yourself drinking tons of water. Just get that magnesium. Don't risk a bowl obstruction on OZ. I promise you will become regular again! Trust me, I know the feeling. I don't know how low you carbs are but def is a good idea to cut them. Hang in there. This too shall pass.

I struggled with constipation for a few years, for me i've found 2 ways to help after some research and trial and error, first eliminate ALL Grains and Diary plus highly proccessed junk foods and any Drugs or Pills.. If you don't have diabetes then.. 1# lots of Fruits/ Veggies with fiber/skins.(Apple,oranges,broccoli,aspargus,avocado,celery, cucumbers (no corn) If you have insulin resistance 2# High Fat content with lots of poly, mono, and limit saturated fats.(fatty red meat cuts, chicken/withskin, salmon, coconut oil, olive oil, chia seed etc) limit nuts. and of course lots of water with proper electrolytes, too much water without proper electrolytes balance hurts progress too and will make you feel miserable and bloated in your stomach. Good luck !

I put coconut oil in my morning coffee. Increased fats can help w constipation. My Dr suggested weighing 1st thing in the morning before drinking or eating but after a bowel mvt in my birthday suit! Ha! It’s normal to gain water/fluid weight throughout the day.
