I'm not sure exactly why FS removed the content attached to this weight entry because informing others that my mother fractured her hip and wrist on Thanksgiving and care taking duties burn a lot of calories doesn't seem like something that will likely offend the average person. Maybe, popular trend has shifted? LOL. Anyhow, the reason for these drops in weight have been due to these circumstances. She's on the mend and I'm on my second cake if that gives you any idea how much I'm on the go! I have been keeping up with cardio and strength training, but needless to say - I'm not maintaining between 121-123 anymore and may not be for a while. But, this too shall pass.
