ive been doing yoga mostly daily, i really dont go overboard with sweets. therapist still recommends doing somatic exercises.
94,5 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,9 kg.    Rimanenti: 0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Aumentando 1,2 kg a Settimana

I don't know what these exercises are but I would try them. Something that really helps my hubby and me is Qigong. The first time we tried it we actually laughed. It feels good. Almost like being a little kid.

I do some Shaolin Qigong at least once day. It is very calming for me

Angel. gigong is the only thing my hubby has liked.

Thank you guys. I practiced tai chi in college. I will look into Qigong.
