You can do this! If you want to help Oz do its' job, what really makes a difference is to cut out all simple carbs...the white bread, the cheetos, the ice cream, the breaded stuff. Replace them with whole grain bread, air fried chick peas with Franks buffalo or hot sauce, cottage cheese ice cream and unbreaded proteins. Try it for 2 weeks. Not a lifetime. 14 days. I was shocked at what a difference it made as far as weight loss/water retention and a feeling of wellness it has made. All that aside Sara, you've come a long way and getting out of the 3's would be such a major mental milestone. Good luck!

Thank you everyone I am getting there I gotta get back to eating more fruit like I was doing in the beginning I'm still loosing about 1lb a week but I want to try and loose 10lb a month like I did in the beginning...
