sipping on electrolytes, hoping like hel to get rid of this fluid retention. My hands and feet are so freaking swollen.... im not having the homemade chicken tortilla soup for lunch like I have been eating for the past 3 days. ever since my boyfriend made that for dinner 3 days ago I have been swelling up...he moved the treadmill into the living room so i can walk finally! cant wait for this -30° weather to bugger off.
