Congratulations on your pregnancy 🫄. Working out a bit helps with labor or so I’ve heard. They the 3rd baby just “pops” right out! Lol

My 1st i was super stressed, my sons bio dad was a professionally diagnosed sociopath narcissist, i walked to alot, had 13 hr labor. Didnt need epidural. Gained maybe 30 lbs
My 2nd i was able to relax as much as i could. Polar opposites of my 1st. Was able to be a stay at home mom for most of my pregnancy. Did lil to no exercise, had a nearly 31 hr labor with epidural. Gained 100 lbs
