Annisworkingonit, mostly trying to keep my sodium intake down to 2800mg or less and eating lower carbs than the 170g I had been eating some days i eat 100g or little more others between 100-150g and then some still at 170g but I'm back to fasting about 14hrs a day also ..
Alot of the time its the higher sodium intake that's kept me bloated even when I didn't feel like I was bloated...God also has been there to ensure I loose weight I pray for weight loss and help with it...

Thanks everyone when I first started here I lost 14lb in 3weeks still eating 2300 calories and carb intake was 200g or more just depends on the day I continued to loose 10lb a mo until Oct and then it slowed down to 4-5lb but I had been eating more bad foods and less fruits than I did in the beginning so Jan is started eating more fruit again and so far I've lost 8lb and gonna stick with doing it again..
