week 7 pregnancy: 1st ob appt is next Monday! couldnt sleep after Donnie went to work. Once im close to falling asleep, the dog wanted to go outside.... 😩 nope. shes been wanting to go out at 5am everytime Donnie goes to work and i just dont give in to it. (Shes gone 14 hrs before with the snow storm so the squirrel patrol can wait.🫸🏼)
🤢 Nausea is ramping up,
😴 i still nap daily especially if my actual sleep time is short.
🚶🏽♀️ Continuing to walk on treadmill every other day (walked outside with dog 1x), weightlifting so far is still 1x a week...
🧘🏽♀️ i havent done any yoga yet, but i found a YouTube channel for pregnancy exercises based upon trimester.
