ugh going back down a little bit at time .. mostly still bloated from all the sodium and carbs I had on Monday evening and it should go back down....Happy Hump day everyone!!! Got a Dr's appt today on telehealth with my pcp ...legs are feeling a little bit better but still have soreness in the thighs of both legs ....
