Yeah! It took a whole week to lose that.
So I guess it wasn’t just salt this time.
Also looking back I notice everytime I mention I’m stuck or holding steady my weight goes up. It’s like I’m subconsciously doing something to sabotage myself.

I find weightloss to be slow as well. I am trying to focus on healthy rather than the scale... I know... easier said than done.
