ugh up a pound today from drinking alot more water than I normally do and having way too much sodium intake so bloated plus weighed in about 2 hours earlier than usual .... Time to get back on track and drink just about 64oz of water like I normally do because when I drink more than that I stay bloated and the scale don't go down 👇 everyday but when I do just drink about 64oz and don't eat too much sodium I usually stay the same weight or drop some weight....
