Hello. My name is Holly, and I made cheesecake. Confession: I ATE cheesecake. And I have gained 2 lbs. With shame and sincere remorse I am crawling back onto the wagon to begin again. Sigh. I do very well as long as I dont have this junk in the house. But daughter wanted cheesecake, so what does mommy do? Yep, thinking oh, I can resist....um, this is cheesecake we're talking about. One bite here, one bite there. I am so disgusted with myself. grrrrrr. What shall be my penance????? lol. Hope everyone else is doing well with their body transformations. I faithfully remain a blob.

Your fine. 2 pounds will go away quickly if you get back on track. My problem lately is I don't get back on track and then more pounds show up on the scale.

Don't be disgusted with yourself; you are beautiful. Really and truly. We are human beings, not robots💙 Some places (albeit not all) sell individual slices of cake. Or super small cakes. Maybe some research will unearth such a place? I know they're not everywhere...😕

Thank you everyone for the support. It was one of those late night requests and I had charm cheese in the house so I thought why not and made a small one. But she is so in control and only eats such a tiny bit at a time and me, well cheesecake. I pick at it till it's home. I'm sulking today but I'm not going to be defeated. Like unity says we are all only human. (And thank you unity for such kind words). I have to nip this in the bud tho before it gets out of hand. Next time I will make an individual size dessert for daughter. (She's a size 6). Love you guys 🥰
