I made it to the gym again! Yeah. it's helping. I'm in my final April push. Yesterday, I scored TWO HUGE BEEF TENDERLOINS FOR 9.99 a pound. Makes me so happy! I feel so good eating mostly beef. I'm going to work, take a nap, and then go to the gym. Steak and butter for dinner! Have a good day!

Sounds delicious! (I forgot to thaw for today so will buy a steak on the way home from hopefully controlled mayhem with my dog.)
