logging a small loss today but I'm def not worthy of it. I was a bad mommy this last weeks and indulged here and there and there some more. However, I met all my work out and water goals.I feel like bc I'm still losing bc of my work outs even when I cheat, I'm at that crossroad again where I would slip back into my evil ways and say "as long as i work out Ill be fine" which is so not true. SO as a precaution, I'm kicking it back to induction for week or two. When I was on FS 3 yrs ago, one of the old timers was always posting about going back to basics/induction when she felt her clothes get too tight.I feel like I can refocus my eating habits if I do. I've kinda just been winging it this last week, no obsessive meal planning, which isn't how I operate. I've done this a few times now and it really kick starts my loss again and I def don't see it as a step back in no way. I see it as adapting, knowing what my body needs, being flexible. I would love to be at "rung 6" on the carb ladder and all that, but I'm just not mentally ready.
So with all that said, I'm off till Thursday. Monday is a holiday and Wednesdays are my normal days off so I snuck in some PTO Tuesday. I plan to hit the gym hard. Bought a whole bunch of grocery's and plan to get myself on track before I go back to work. And Im cleaning out the closets and taking stuff to goodwill. Focusing on Mike's closet. My beautiful boy has lost so much weight,Its time to get rid of all the baggy stuff to make way for his new stuff.. I suddenly have that song " Ch ch ch changes" stuck in my head..

Yay - happy dance for you on a loss - you DO deserve it! When we build muscle we burn more calories just sitting around - of course, we do need to eat well the majority of the time. You did well!

Nice drop! This is a lifestyle change so when we start to slip we need to refocus. I guess it's just part of the process. Glad you are seeing that and making corrections. Good luck with induction again. You'll do well.

Red don't be hard on yourself, I think you are learning about eating in the real and doing great, just with the statement you made about oh if I makes my workouts I can still eat whatever and you know already you or I know I cant do that because it takes us back where we once were just a vicious cycle. But since you now realize it the cycle should be broken and great for you. You have an awesome day as well.
