Back again. My will to monitor and be mindful of eating took a vacation. I thought about waiting until New Years to restart and then remembered something I heard Steve Harvey say. If it is a good idea at New years then it is a good idea now. So no waiting. I'm restarting now. I will have several Occasions to be on guard with that I know of but no matter. I want to be aware and ready again.
