so no gain no loss no biggie.. Ill take it..I did not wake up for gym today.. the road trip took a lot outta me and I was tired and needed to unwrinkle.. felt good to be home. Setting myself a personal goal of induction for a few days.. just want to reset my insides since we had way to much booze this weekend.. it was a blast though..But i just want to eat as clean as possible now.. I stocked up on plenty of fruit and veggies before we left in anticipation of this week bc i knew that's what i wanted to to when we got back. Thinking of taking a class tonite at the Y to make up for this morning but cant decide if i want to do that or just some cardio at lunch.. depends where my energy is today .. Glad you were able to relax and enjoy the weekend! I had a night out with friends last night, drank too much wine, are too much paella and bread, and, like you, really want to eat healthy today! I think it's a good sign to want to eat healthy, bodes well for the future 😀
