I'm back to doing some low-calorie days to make up for social occasions where I eat too much. It works for me 😁 Interestingly I find that the low-cal days actually help to reduce my appetite on the other days too, which is brilliant!

Having a friend and her Dad around for afternoon tea today, so might have to do another low-cal day tomorrow!
